Why I built
FirstHomeGTA.
In conversations with younger adults living with their families and people who had been renting for years, I kept hearing the same uncertainty: Am I financially ready? How do I build a down payment? Where do I start? I built FirstHomeGTA to bring clear education and useful resources together in one place.
Whether you are building a down payment, managing debt, working on your credit or simply don’t know where to start, you are welcome to start wherever you are. My role is to provide clear information, answer your questions and help you identify practical next steps—at your own pace.
